So better late than never, I am finally posting my thoughts on the Elizabethtown show. The E-town show was my first ever 3eb so definately a memorable one for me. Me and the crew (Nat,Copey,Jackie,Brian) drove 6 hours from Columbus, OH to get to e-town, and as soon as we arrived we sought out food (burger king) and liquor. We spent over $150 at the liquor store...most of which was gone by the end of the weekend. One of the bottles was blue wave which explains the profile pic. Upon leaving for the show I was deemed the coordinater of fun because I carried out three bottles of the liquor from the hotel to the car so we could enjoy our waiting in line experience a little more fun. Fun was definately had! The show itself I thoroughly enjoyed including the opener Raining Jain. I thought they were amazing. I thinks it's really inspiring to see an all girl band, and I really want to learn how to play guitar this summer now because of them. I was never so hyped for something in my life than for 3eb to come out I had so much energy built up. I got a little crazy...even sam couldnt handle my jumping. I even came back from the show with a guitar pic ! My favorite part of the show of the show was when Stephan played Manatov, that's definately my favorite new song of theirs so far. None of my favorites like, blinded or faster were played at the show though, I was a little dissapointed...but from what I've heard I guess they rarely/never play those. Overall I would have to say my first show experience was amazing (except Stephan seemed like he may have been "on something" he wasnt making much since when he talked") but oh well...still an awesome show!
