If there's not already a thread for this song's tabs, this would be a good challenge. I don't even know where to begin with this song. Is it some wierd tuning?

i will keep it general
for the verse there seems like either some pull-offs or distortion.
and G might be a chord, and i am only saying that because like very 3eb song i can play has G in it or involves the same finger placement as G

I haven't messed around with it, but I remember my first impression of it was that it did indeed sound like an alternate tuning.

I'm not sure if these are the right names for the chords.. but I think the chorus might be a G5 power cord and a B5... some G and B variation if its in standard tuning

Standard tuning or not, you're right it's G then B. The chorus is something like this, all power chords...
G5, B5... then slide the B5 up to D5, then slide a D5 up to E5. Listen to the song for the exact rhythm, but you should hear the slides.
Second time, it's G5, B5, slide A5 to B5, then G5 slide up to A5.
Interlude... D5, E5, B5, then D5, E5, G5
Outro D5, B5, A5 and
D5, B5, A5 slide to B5, G5 slide to A5.
After playing through it, I think this could be in standard. Originally some harmonics had me thinking otherwise, but they might be possible in standard.
I think Tony plays something like this through the verse...
An F#7sus2, with some variation that looks something like this (you could probably play those G#'s (on the high e) more sparingly, but I just left them on every strum for simplicity's sake...
And an Esus2-ish chord
e-x---- (play twice before returning to F#7sus2.)

yeah the harmonics also had me thinking it was in some funky tuning, the power chords sound pretty right to me, good job.
