I saw the guys play on 18/7 here in Yokohama, Japan and it was f*ckin unreal! It was my first time to see them and they played so damn good and the sound quality was just like a record. It was their first time here since playing Fuji Rock in 1997, and so I wasn't too sure what sort of set they would play. They mostly played songs of their self titled album and a few new ones with only a couple from Blue and Out of the Vein.
I got to meet the guys afterwards which was a definite highlight. A bunch of real nice guys more than willing to talk. It was for me, who has been waiting years and years to see them, one of the best experiences of my life. It's amazing how music can do that. Hopefully they will come back some time next year after the new album is released.
